How to check the NEET UG Result 2018?

The candidates who have given the NEET 2018 exam can follow the steps given below to check the NEET UG Result 2018s.

  • Step 1:  Click on the link to check NEET UG Result 2018.
  • Step 2:  A new window will open. Here the candidate has to enter the roll number and the date of birth as per their admit card. They will have to enter as shown below.

  • Step 3: Click on the Submit button. The result of NEET 2018 will be in front of the candidate. NEET UG Result 2018 will be in the form of a scorecard. The candidate is advised that they download the scorecard of NEET 2018.

What are the details in NEET 2018 Scorecard?

The candidate’s NEET 2018 Scorecard will contain the following details:

NEET UG Result 2018 Re-Totalling

NEET 2018 OMR sheets are machine – gradable Answer Sheets which are evaluated with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinised. Thus, there is no provision for re-checking or re-evaluation of the answer sheets. This is so because the candidates were already given an opportunity to make the representation on the OMR gradation of their OMR sheets to challenge the answer in case of any doubt. Thus no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

NEET 2018 Counselling

NEET 2018 counselling will start as soon as the NEET UG Result 2018 have been declared. The candidates who are NEET 2018 qualified only will be eligible for the counselling process. The counselling will be conducted online.

NEET 2018 Seats are divided in 2 parts:

  • 15% of the seats which comes under All India Quota Seats
  • Remaining 85% seats, the counselling for which is done by the states.

The counselling for 15% is done by the Medical Counsel Committee for medical seats all over India. State counselling is done by the respective state for admissions to the state medical colleges. They release the separate rank list. Candidates have to apply separately if they want to appear in the state counselling process. The detailed counselling process will be updated as soon as the NEET UG Result 2018 is declared.
