NEET PG 2019 Admit Card is expected to be released in last week of December 2018. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET PG) is on January 6, 2019. This document is important for candidates appearing for NEET PG 2019 Exam. NBE will issue it to eligible candidates only at official website nbe.edu.in. Candidates may also get intimation on email and SMS when it is issued. This document will not be sent via post. The issued NEET PG 2019 admit card is to be downloaded and its printout must be carried on day of examination. Last year exam was on January 7 and admit card was issued on January 1. Since this year exam is on January 6, therefore admit card is expected to be issued in December.

NEET PG 2019 admit card, as stated above, will be sent to registered E-Mail Ids of all those eligible candidates who completed the application process on time. It must be downloaded a few days before the examination. A latest passport size of the candidate must be affixed in the provided photograph section of the NEET PG 2019 admit card. How to download the NEET PG 2019 Admit Card?

NEET PG 2019 Admit Card will be sent to the candidates on their registered email E-Mail Ids, as given during the time of NEET PG 2019 registration. It will be generated once the testing city has been allotted to the candidate. Considering last year’s NEET PG admit card availability, candidates can expect NEET PG 2019 admit card to be sent to their mail IDs approximately 4 days before the main examination.

Step 1: Download NEET PG 2019 Admit Card as received over the registered email id. This personal email id will be the one mentioned at the time of NEET PG 2019 application form filling. NBE will also make the availability of NEET PG 2019 admit card on the official website. Herein, candidates will have to provide their login credentials: Candidate ID and Password (generated at the time of registration).

Step 2: Get a clear printout of NEET PG 2019 admit card.

Step 3: Affix a recent coloured size photograph with proper specifications as mentioned down below.

What to do after downloading NEET PG 2019 Admit Card?

Candidates after downloading NEET PG 2019 Admit Card will see a space to paste a photograph on the same. They have to paste their recent coloured passport sized photograph. The photo to be pasted must have the following specifications:

Size of photograph: Minimum 35×45 mm with 75% coverage of face and
head of the candidate.

Caption of the photograph: A caption indicating the name of the candidate and date of capturing the photograph at the bottom must be mentioned on the to be affixed photograph of NEET PG 2019 admit card.

Background of the Photograph: The background must be in white. Candidates must avoid photograph with reflection or shadow on the face with red eyes.

dpi Resolutions: The photograph needs to be printed on a high-quality paper with at least
600 dpi Resolutions. The affixed photograph must not have kinks, scratches, and stains.

Documents to be carried on the day of NEET PG 2019 examination

The NEET PG 2019 Admit Card is the most important thing which the candidate has to carry to the exam hall with the photograph pasted on it. But apart from it, there are some other documents as well which are required to be brought to the exam hall as well. Check the list below:

  • NEET PG 2019 admit card; downloaded and first copy printout of the same. The photograph, as mentioned above, must be affixed.
  • Photocopy of Permanent / Provisional SMC / MCI registration (as applicable) The invigilator present at the test centre will retain the same.
  • Any one of the authorized photo IDs. It must be original, valid and non-expired- PAN card / Driving license / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card (with photograph).

Note: Graduates from outside India applying for NEET PG 2019 will have to bring their original screening test pass as issued on NBE letterhead, provided they do not have their SMC / MCI registration done.

Importance of NEET PG 2019 Admit Card

NEET PG 2019 Admit Card is important for the candidates who will be appearing for the NEET PG 2019. It will be used for the verification purpose at the exam centre. It is the responsibility of the candidate to produce all the mentioned documents when asked by the invigilator.

If the candidate is not able to produce the admit card, when asked, or has not brought it to the exam hall along with the above-mentioned documents, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Hence they will not be allowed to take the exam as well.

NEET PG 2019 Exam Pattern

Candidates who must have got their NEET PG 2019 admit card must be diligently preparing for the entrance exam. For a clear guidance, we have provided NEET PG 2019 exam pattern in brief. The exam pattern is as follows:

Scheme of NEET PG 2019

Mode of examination: NEET PG 2019 will be held as an online computer based test.

Language of examination: The exam will be held in English only.

Duration of examination: The examination will be of 3 hours 30 minutes.

Type of Questions: The examination paper will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Total No. of Questions: The exam will have a total of 300 questions.

Marking Scheme: +4 will be allotted to every correct response. On the other hand, -1 will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
