NEET May 2019– The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for the session 2019. It is a national level exam through which you can get admissions to Medical colleges in India. This year NTA is giving a chance to the students to take the exam twice. The official dates for the NEET May 2019 are May 12, 2019, till May 26, 2019. The applications for NEET May 2019 will commence tentatively from the second week of March 2019.
NTA is planning to conduct this exam in most secure, transparent manner than it was ever before. Previously, it was an offline mode exam. So NTA brings some changes and introduces it as an online mode of examination. NEET May 2019
This year NEET 2019 will take place twice, once in February and other in May. So it will increase the chances of a candidate to perform well. The candidate can appear for both the exams or either of the one as per their choice. The procedure for both the examinations will be different from one another. You will have to apply separately for both the exams. The schedule for NEET May 2019 is explained in the table below.

NEET May 2019 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the NEET May 2019, candidates must ensure that they are eligible to take the test. Read the eligibility criteria carefully. The candidates fulfilling all eligibilities only they can proceed for the further application process.
- Minimum age of the candidate should be 17 as on December 31, 2019.
- Maximum age of the candidate should not be exceeding 25 as on date of exam.
- In case of reserved category candidates, the maximum age limit is 30 years.
- The Indian nationals are eligible to appear in the exams.
- NRI, OCI, PIO and Foreign nationals are also eligible to appear for NEET May 2019 exam.
- The candidate must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Students must belong to the Science Stream with Biology/Biotechnology as a compulsory subject.
- Candidates scoring 50% are eligible to apply for this exam.
- In case of reserved category candidates, passing percentage is 45%
NEET May 2019 Application Form
The application process for NEET May 2019 will take place through online mode only. It will begin in the Second week of March 2019. The candidate fulfilling the above eligibilities only they can apply for the NEET May 2019. An Application Form contains the provision to fill mandatory fields such as Personal details, Educational qualification, Date of Birth, Photograph, Signature etc. of the candidate.
In the Application Form, it is necessary to fill in all the details precisely. As there is no chance to re-edit or make corrections in the Application Form once after the submission. The candidate has to pay an application fee through online payment gateways such as Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. Make sure that the application fee is non-refundable.

NEET May 2019 Admit Card
The Admit Card for NEET May 2019 will release online on the official website. After completing the application process successfully, NTA will release the Admit Card. Students who have filled their application form accurately only they will be able to generate the Admit Card. Before generating the Admit Card candidates will first have to book a slot for the test.
NEET May 2019 Slot Booking
Slot booking means to book a date of exam according to your preference. An Admit Card is an important document that every candidate should carry with themselves in the exam. So without Admit Card students will not be allowed to sit in the exam hall. To download Admit Card you will have to sign in by entering your Application number and Password.
NEET May 2019 Exam Pattern
Aspirants of NEET May 2019 must go through the exam pattern for the same.

NEET May 2019 Answer Key
The Answer Key of NEET May 2019 will release online. It will be a complete section-wise Answer Key. Due to the declaration of Answer Key candidates will be able to check their performance in the exam. The examination will consist of different sets and it will publish in that way only. Students will first have to log in to the website by entering the Roll number and Password.
Thereafter, they can view the Answer Key. An Answer Key is a beneficial source for the students because it will help them to get an idea about their performance. Also, it is advised to the candidates that do not rely only on the Answer Key. As it is just an estimation source. Further admission procedure will only depend on the final NEET 2019 Result.
NEET May 2019 Result
The Result of NEET May 2019 will declare via online mode. NTA will publish the Result on the official website, i.e. nta.ac.in. Students who appeared in the exam only they can check the Result. Firstly, the candidates have to log in to the website by entering their Roll number and Password. After logging in, they can check the Result. Also, there will be no revaluation of Result will take place.
So the Result that NTA will announce is going to be final. On the basis of the aggregate of the scores, students will be called for the Counseling round. The Result will announce the Rank of the students. According to that rank, they will get admission to the colleges/institutions.
NEET May 2019 Counseling
The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will conduct the counseling. After the declaration of NEET May 2019 Result, MCC will begin the counseling. 15% seat quota is on All India basis. The remaining 85% seat quota is on the basis of states. The MCC will decide the procedure of Counseling for All India basis. Every state has its own counseling committee. So they will decide the state wise counseling of NEET 2019. Aspirants who will get admission to the colleges/institutions can pay the admission fee on the same day of counseling also.
