NEET 2019 Syllabus

Syllabus for NEET 2019 refers to all those chapters and topics from which, NTA will frame questions in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2019. It consists of physics, chemistry, biology. All topics of pcb are from syllabus of class 11 and 12. However, since syllabus of each board is different, NTA has clearly defined NEET syllabus. Will there be any changes in NEET 2019 syllabus?

Usually syllabus of exams such as NEET are not changed. However the year 2019 is different; this year NTA or the National Testing Agency will conduct the exam. Not only will the exam conducting body change, but also some features of the exam will change. For example, the exam is to go online. Even so, NTA has confirmed that there will not be any changes to the syllabus.

Medical Council of India notified a common syllabus in the year 2013. The same is being followed since then. Complete syllabus of NEET 2019 is as follows:

Preparation For NEET 2019 Using Its Syllabus

Now that you exam syllabus, you can focus on preparation. Here are a few things you can keep in mind:

  • You should cover all topics in syllabus.
  • You can see weightage of chapters, however, do not leave out any topic.
  • Pay attention in class so that you understand theory in school only. Then you can just practice problems.
  • Solve a lot of MCQs.
  • When you complete class 11 and 12 topics, use past years to prepare also.
