NEET 2018 OMR Sheet – NEET OMR sheet is also known as Answer Sheet. Appeared candidates could download OMR sheet of NEET 2018 from May 25, 2018, to May 27, 2018, at cbseneet.nic.in. OMR sheet was that sheet on which candidates have marked their answers during exam. Test-Booklet with OMR sheet was provided fifteen minutes before the exam. The candidate had to fill the OMR sheet with Ballpoint pen provided in the center. Now OMR sheet is displayed on the official website of NEET along with the answer key before declaration of result of NEET 2018.

Release of NEET 2018 OMR Sheet

NEET 2018 OMR Sheet will be released on the official website of CBSE as per above schedule. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has separately declared the release date of the NEET OMR 2018. As per the notification it will be released on the official website of CBSE.  NEET OMR Sheet is released so that candidate can check the OMR grading and if found any doubt then can challenge against it.

How to challenge NEET 2018 OMR Sheet

Candidate can challenge the NEET OMR Sheet in case of any doubt in the answer on the website www.cbseneeet.nic.in. The date has not been announced yet, remain in touch with the website. To challenge the NEET OMR Sheet grading candidate have to pay the non-refundable processing fee of Rs.1000/-per challenged.

The challenges made by the candidate against OMR grading will be verified by the CBSE from the actual record and the same will be updated in the data. No intimation in this regard will be sent individually to the candidate.


Important Pre-Exam Instructions About NEET 2018 OMR Sheet

On the day of the exam, candidates are nervous and end up making mistake. In the exam, many candidates make mistake in marking the OMR sheet and due to which they lose their marks. It is advised that read the Test-Booklet which is provided 15 minutes before the exam. Be cool in the exam and don’t be nervous.

Instruction Regarding NEET 2018 OMR Sheet

There are few instructions regarding the NEET 2018 OMR Sheet that are to be followed in the examination hall. Candidate can find these instructions even on the Test-Booklet. Below are some instructions that are to be followed strictly in the exam.

  • NEET OMR Sheet/Answer sheet will be placed inside the sealed Test-Booklet. Do not open/break the seal before the announcement made by the invigilator.
  • There is two side of NEET OMR Sheet. Side-1 and Side-2
  • Side-2 of each NEET OMR Sheet will have pre-printed Test Booklet Code A, B, C, D, etc.
  • The candidate is advised to check that the Test Booklet Code pre-printed on the Side-2 of the OMR Sheet is same as the printed on the Test Booklet.
  • The NEET OMR used will be of the special type which will be scanned on Optical Scanner.
  • Do not fold or do rough work on the OMR Sheet.
  • Fill the NEET OMR Sheet very carefully because the candidate won’t be provided with the new NEET OMR Sheet.
  • Erasing/Obliterating any information printed or making any fake clam by manipulating the response in OMR sheet will be unfair means practice and breach of examination rule.

Different Side of NEET 2018 OMR Sheet

As mentioned above there are two sides of NEET 2018 OMR Sheet. They are Side – 1 and Side – 2.

Side – 1: This side of the NEET OMR Sheet contains the columns which are to be filled in neatly and accurately by the candidates with blue/black ball point pen provided in the exam centre. Candidate can not use pencil on the NEET OMR Sheet. NEET OMR sheet filled in with the pencil would be rejected for evaluation. Columns on the Side -1 of the NEET 2018 OMR Sheet.

How to mark Answer on NEET 2018 OMR Sheet

Candidate can follow the steps for marking the answer on the NEET 2018 OMR Sheet.

  • Use Blue/Black ball point pen to darken the appropriate circle.
  • Mark should be dark and completely fill the circle.
  • Darken only one correct circle as the Answer. Once marked cannot be changed.
  • A light and faint circle are the wrong methods of marking the answer. Optical Scanner will reject it.
  • Mark within the answer within the space provided.
  • Candidate will be provided with four choices for each question numbering 001 to 180. In order to respond to the question, the candidate has to indicate by darkening the appropriate circle completely with the ballpoint pen.

COMMON SERVICES CENTRES/FACILITATION CENTRES

The areas, where candidates find it difficult to submit online application due to various constraints, the services of Common Services Centre, Ministry of I.T., Government of India under the Digital India initiatives of Hon‟ble Prime Minister may be utilized. The Common Services Centre (CSC) scheme is a part of the ambitious National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) of Government of India and is managed at each village Panchayat level by a Village level entrepreneur (VLE).

There are more than 2.4 lac Common Services Centres across the country which will provide the desired support to candidates in online submission of application form and payment of fee through e-wallet. The list of the Common Services Centre is available on
