All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) opens AIIMS Fellowship admission twice a year. Once, in the month of January and then in July. This page is dedicated to upcoming AIIMS Fellowship January 2019 and July 2019 admission.
AIIMS Fellowship Programme January 2019 will be organized by AIIMS New Delhi. The aspirants will be first called for the written examination and the Departmental Assessment. For the Departmental Assessment, only those candidates will be called who qualify the written examination. The candidates who will get through both the rounds will be awarded the fellowship. The date for AIIMS Fellowship 2019 January programme has been announced. The online written exam will be held on November 11, 2018. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for AIIMS Fellowship 2019 in the month of September 2018. Age Limit: There is no lower or upper age limit for the candidates.

AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Application Form
The candidates can check the details related to AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Application Form from the below points.
Application Fee: The candidates will have to pay the application fee.The amount is expected to be as follows:
- General / OBC Category: Rs. 1000
- SC/ST Category: Rs. 800
- OPH Candidates: Will be exempted from fee payment.
Mode of Payment: The candidates will have to pay the application fee by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
How to Submit the Application Form?
The candidates can follow the instructions given below to fill the application form:
- Go to the official website and click on the link to apply.
- Register yourself for the program by submitting basic information.
- Now fill the application form.
- Fill the required details such as Qualification Details, Experience, Centre Choice etc.
- Then finally Make payment as given above.
- After that upload the scanned images of photograph, signature and left thumb impression in the specified format.
- Finally, take print of the registration form for the future reference.
AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Admit Card
AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Admit Card will be issued online on the official website.
How to download: You will have to enter the candidate’s id and password to download the admit card.
Instructions: You are advised to check all the details before downloading the admit card. If there will be any discrepancy in the admit card then you should immediately write an email to the Assistant Controller of Examinations, AIIMS, New Delhi. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card at the time of appearing for the examination. If you will not do so then you will not be allowed to give the examination.
AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Exam Pattern
AIIMS Fellowship Programme entrance exam will be a multiple choice paper. There will be two stages of the exam, Stage-I, and Stage-II. The specifications for both stages are given below.
For Stage-I: You can check the details about the Stage-I as:
- It is a multiple choice Computer Based Exam.
- There will be 60 questions in the exam.
- The total time duration for this stage will be 60 minutes.
Marking Scheme for Stage-I: The marking scheme will be as follows:
- Each correct answer will contain 1 mark.
- There will be negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer.
- There will be no mark given or the questions not answered or marked for review.
Documents to be carried for Stage-II: The candidates will have to bring the specified documents at the time of appearing for Stage-II. The list is given below:
- Documents related to Educational Qualifications
- MBBS Mark Sheet
- Date of birth Certificate
- Category related Documents
- Experience related Documents etc.
For Stage-II: You can check the details about the Stage-II as:
- The candidates who will secure minimum 50th percentile will be called for Stage-II.
- It will be a departmental clinical/practical/lab based assessment.
- The total marks for this stage will be 40.
Exam Centre: The candidates will have to appear for the exam at Delhi/NCR.
AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Selection Method
The candidates will be selected first on the basis of the marks obtained in Stage-I. The candidates will have to secure at least the minimum qualifying marks to appear for Stage-II. The candidates who will get minimum 50th percentile will go through the Stage-II. This stage will be a departmental assessment. The final selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of the marks secured in Stage-I and Stage-II.
AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Result
AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2019 Result will be declared online on the official website.
How to check: The candidates will have to enter the candidate’s id and password to check the result. The candidates will not be informed by post or call regarding the result. You are advised to not to call examination authority for the result. The result will be released in the pdf format. There will be the roll number, name, marks obtained and category in the result.
First, the result for the Stage-I will be declared. Then after the stage-II, the final result will be announced. The final result will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in Stage-I and II.
Last time the highest obtained marks were 74.67 and the lowest was 25.33.
