AIIMS Fellowship Programme January 2018 Result has been announced. AIIMS Fellowship Programme January 2018 entrance exam was held on November 18, 2017. Next exam will be held in April, for July 2018 session admissions. Candidates aspiring to appear for the examination may submit the application form online. The application form for the AIIMS Fellowship July 2018 will release in February 2018. The candidates are required to submit it before the last date. AIIMS Fellowship Programme January 2018

The fellowship program offers specialization carried on by several departments such as Cardiac-Anesthesiology, CMT, Medical Oncology, CTVS, Neurology, Neurosurgery etc. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of performance in the written examination. AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2018 Application Fee

A candidate must pay a prescribed amount of money as part of application form completion. The amount depends on the category a candidate belongs to. The structure of fee is as below:

  • General / OBC Category- Rs.1000/-
  • SC/ST Category-Rs. 800/-
  • OPH Candidates- NIL

Fee Payment Mode – The application fee may be accepted through online mode by using the Debit/ Credit card or by net banking. Candidates would be required to keep any of the method prepared.

Application Procedure for AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2018

The steps to submit the application form of AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2018 is as below:

  • Access the link below to apply.
  • Get registered for the program
  • Fill the mandatory details as asked such as:- Qualification Details, Experience (if applicable), and finally Make payment through the prescribed method.
  • Now choose the center of your choice.
  • Next step involves uploading the scanned images of photograph, signature and left thumb impression in the correct format, dimensions, and size.
  • Take special care of specifications.
  • Finally, take print of the registration form and retain it until the selection.

AIIMS Fellowship Programme Admit Card

The candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official website of AIIMS at aiimsexams.org. It shall indicate NAME, ROLL NUMBER, COURSE APPLIED FOR, DATES TO APPEAR FOR THE TEST, PLACE TO REACH FOR EXAM etc. No, admit card will be sent through post or any other medium. The Candidates must carry the admit card to the examination hall along with a valid photo id proof.

Exam Pattern of AIIMS Fellowship Programme 2018

As already indicated, exam shall take place in 2 stages. The CBT test or Stage-I is scheduled to take place on 18 April 2018. The expected exam pattern for this stages is as follows:-

Stage-I (Online Computer Based Test )

A candidate may be required to appear for Computer Based Test carrying 60 MCQs of 60 marks to be completed in 60 minutes duration. Questions may come from topics taught at the graduate level in the subject for which the candidate has applied.

Note- Those who qualify this phase will be called to appear for Departmental Clinical / Practical / Lab Based Assessment. Last year, Stage-I result was announced on 20 April. Only 19 candidates were declared qualified in the Stage-I and were called for a departmental test.

Documents to carry for Departmental Test

  • Category certificate (if from SC/ST/OBC‐NCL category)

  • Documentary proof in support of Ex‐Army Personnel / Ex‐Servicemen/ Commissioned Officer Including ECO, SSCO

Stage -II Departmental Clinical / Practical / Lab Based Assessment

Candidates would have to check the venue for appearing for Lab based test/ practical/ clinical test as mentioned in the merit list. What must be noted at this point is that, out of the candidates who obtain 50th percentile or above in the written test (Stage-I), 3 times more the number of seats advertised will be called for departmental clinical/practical/lab based assessment. The Departmental test carries 40 marks.

Final Selection

Final result will be declared based on total 100 marks obtained in stage-I and Stage-II Examination together.

NOTE- Last year, Only 13 candidates were selected finally.

AIIMS Fellowship 2018 Declaration of Result

AIIMS declares the result stage wise. First of all result of CBT will be announced and then final result will be declared after candidates go through Departmental test. All the results will be published on aiimsexams.org.in in form of a merit list. Merit list will contain the NAME, ROLL NUMBER and CATEGORY of the candidate.

Last year Statistics

Last year, the final result of AIIMS Fellowship July session result was declared on 03 May 2017. On the basis of CBT – Online (Stage-I) Entrance Examination held on Saturday, the 15 April, 2017 and Departmental Clinical/ Practical/ Lab based Assessment (Stage-II) held on 27 April 2017 to 28 April 2017, a merit list was drawn in which the NAME, ROLL NUMBER and CATEGORY if the selected candidates was indicated.
