Selection Process of AIIMS Fellowship Programme July 2018

First, the candidates will be selected by the Stage-I i.e. CBT. The candidates will be shortlisted if they will score 50% percentile in the stage-I. Then they will be called for the second stage i.e. departmental assessment. Then the final selection will be done. The candidates will be finally selected on the basis of the marks obtained in Sate-I and II together.

AIIMS Fellowship Programme July 2018 Result for Stage-I

The candidates will first appear in the Stage-I. Stage-I will be a computer-based test. It will contain 60 multiple choice questions. The time limit will be 1 hour. After the exam, the result will be declared. The result will be in the pdf format. The result will contain the roll number, name and the details for the department assessment. The candidates who will secure 50% percentile in the stage-I will be called for the Stage-II.

Departmental Assessment: The candidates who will be shortlisted from the first stage will be called for the departmental/ lab/ practical assessment. In this stage, the candidates will be called to check the practical knowledge of the candidate.

AIIMS Fellowship Programme July 2018 Final Result

The candidates who will appear in both stages, Stage-I and II will get the final result. The final result will be declared on the basis of the marks obtained in both stages combined. It will also be announced in the pdf format. It will contain the roll number, the name of the candidate, category and the total obtained marks. This result will be declared on the basis of the merit list.

AIIMS Fellowship Programme July 2018 Merit List

The merit list of the AIIMS Fellowship Programme July 2018 will be released with the result itself. Both the notices will be released combined. The candidate who will score maximum marks will be ranked on the top and the candidate with the minimum marks will be in the bottom according to their department. According to the January 2018 Session, the highest marks were 72.67 and the lowest marks were 25.33.

Percentile Score

The candidates who have any confusion in the percentile score can check the points given below.

  • Percentile marks will be calculated on the basis of the candidates appeared in the exam and their scores.
  • If your percentile is 100 then it can be said that the candidates who have appeared for the exam have secured the percentile equal to or less than you.
  • If a student has secured 90 percentile then it can be said that the candidates who have appeared for the exam have secured the percentile equal to or less than that student.
  • If your percentile is 50 then it can be said that the candidates who have appeared for the exam have secured the percentile equal to or less than you.
  • If you have secured 30 percentile then t can be said that the candidates who have appeared for the exam have secured the percentile equal to or less than you.
  • If your percentile id 1 then it is possible that none of the candidates who have taken the examination have scored either equal to or less than you.

Tie Breaker

Those who will secure the equal percentile score or marks will cause a tie. So to break this tie, the date of birth of the candidates will be considered. They will get the priority on the basis of the age. The older candidate will get preference over the younger one.
