AIIMS offers various DM, M.Ch (3 yrs) courses in the departments like Cardiology, Endocrinology, Clinical Hematology, Urology, Plastic Surgery, and Gynaecology Oncology etc. The candidates who are interested to apply must go through the important dates given below.

AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Selection Procedure
There will be two stages in the selection process of AIIMS DM MCh MHA examination.
There will be a computer based test which will be of 80 marks. It will be for a duration of 90 minutes. The result will be released on the official website.
The candidates who pass the examination by getting 50% percentile or above will be qualified for the next stage, which is the departmental assessment. The candidates will be called three times more than the seats available.
After the completion of both the stages, the final result of stage I and II combined, will be declared on the official website.
The candidates who do not attend any of the two stages will not be eligible for the admission process.
AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The educational and age eligibility criteria have been given below. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying.
- The upper age limit must be 35 years of age as on July 1, 2019.
- There is upper age limit is relaxation for SC/ST candidates by a maximum of 5 years.
- There is upper age relaxation for ex-serviceman and commissioned officer by a maximum of 5 years.
- The upper age limit is not available for sponsored candidates.
- The candidates with disabilities will be given age relaxation by a maximum of 5 years.

AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Application Form
The candidates who want to get an admission to this course, first have to fill the application form. The form will be available in online mode on the official website only. Submission of application form through mode will be rejected.
Steps to fill application form
- The candidates have to fill the mandatory details like name, father’s name, email address, address, contact number etc.
- Then they have to submit their photograph, thumb impressions and signature in the prescribed format. Failing to do so may result in the rejection of the application form.
- There will be a drop-down list of college code and name of colleges. The candidates have to manually fill in the name of the college and its code in the application form.
The candidates must first read the prospectus and then fill the application form to avoid mistakes. Sending multiple or duplicate application forms will be rejected.
The candidates will be required to pay application fees at the time of submission of the application form. The cost of the application fee for AIIMS will include the fee of examination as well. The candidates have to deposit the fee through any three of the following modes:

Status of AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Registration
After AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 registration form has been submitted, an acknowledgment regarding the same will be forwarded to the candidate’s email id that he or she must have registered. The form will be under review regarding the photo uploaded and eligibility. They can check the status of their application form three days from the closing date of the application process. The candidates whose images get rejected can update it before the application process closing date.
AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Admit Card
The admit cards will be available on the official website only for the candidates whose registration forms have been accepted by the conducting body. The candidates can get their admit cards by entering login credentials.
The admit card that will be generated will have information such as name, test center allotted to the candidate, roll number, time and venue of the examination. The candidates must ensure that they bring the admit card with them at the examination hall.
The candidates who did not get the admit cards and no status of the same is notified must report immediately to the Assistant Controller of Examinations by sending an email on [email protected]
AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Exam Pattern
Following is the marking scheme and exam pattern of the entrance examination:

- Timing of Exam: 10:00 A.M – 11:30 A.M
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total number of questions: 80
- Total marks: 80 marks
- Type of questions: MCQ
- Language of Exam: English
- For every correct answer, 1 mark will be given.
- For every incorrect answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted.
- No marks will be deducted for the questions not attempted or marked for review.
AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 How to Prepare?
Following are some useful tips which the candidates can refer to the preparation of the examination:
- Plan your time – The candidates must firstly, plan their time for studying. Think of the time of day when u feel most active and most sleepy and make a study schedule accordingly. Study as much as you can during the period of time when you are active and take rests when you start feeling sleepy.
- Revise – Candidates must always make a habit of revising what they have learned. They can revise at night, before going to sleep, after completing the chapters of the day. They can also revise at the end of the week.
- Mind Mapping – Instead of writing down long points of the text, candidates can do mind mapping. This technique is used to remember complex information by converting the text into diagrams.
- Use the internet – The internet is a good resource for study materials. If any candidate is stuck somewhere or need any help, they can always look up that topic or concept, or they can simply ask about it in educational forums.
- Take a break – Do not study for long hours as it may decrease the performance of the candidates. take frequent breaks and do some outdoor activities for a change.
AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Centers

AIIMS DM MCh MHA 2019 Result
The result for DM/MCh & MHA will be available on the official website only. The candidates will not be informed individually about the result. The candidates will have to log in to the website and go to “My page” to check the result. The result must be downloaded and printed by the candidates for future references.
First, the result of the entrance examination will be released. Then after all the stages are complete, the final result will be released which will show the combined result of stage I and stage II which is the departmental assessment.
The percentile score is the percentage of candidates that have scored below or equal to the same percentile in the examination. The highest score will be converted to a percentile. The marks obtained will be transformed into a scale of 100 to 0 for each group of candidates. It will be converted to 3 decimal places to reduce ties.
